Does your fear of failure hold you back from achieving your dreams? Do you constantly compare yourself to others? Are you always striving for perfectionism and as such, never actually make a start on reaching your goals?
A more fearless 2018…
If this resonates with you, then The Imperfect Life® Planner might be just the ticket to a more fearless, more successful 2018. Creator, Kerry Lyons is on a quest to start a revolution against perfectionism. In a world that’s so focused on output, Kerry wants us to see that it’s okay not to be perfect all of the time.
The Imperfect Life® Planner aims to help you embrace imperfection and overcome your fear of failure – so that you can, put simply, go for it.
What is the Imperfect Life® Planner?
On the surface, this planner is like any other planner with monthly calendars and daily schedules. But it has a number of other features to help you feel organised and quit procrastinating:
Fear Journal – to use whenever you feel fear is holding you back
Master Plan – for devising your 2018 goals and keeping focused after the buzz of the new year has worn off
Thrive Manual – for whenever you need a quick pep talk to keep you on track
The planner also helps you to get into the simple habit of noting the errors and lessons you’re creating for yourself with the weekly mistake log. The aim being that you can own your mistakes with pride and you’ll redefine your version of failure. In kerry’s own words,
You’ll no longer be a risk-averse, procrastinating perfectionist feeling stuck in life. Instead a world of opportunity and awesomeness will open up to you. Becoming an imperfectionist is game-changing. And so is your 2018.
I’ve been using The Imperfect Life® Planner since the start of January and it really is helping me to realise my goals and want to tackle my fears head on – and I honestly am horrified of failure and THE BIGGEST procrastinator you’ll ever meet!
I also love the daily planner which is helping me to feel really in control and super organised. Each day has a schedule, a to-do list, a meal planning section (and we all know how I feel about meal planning!), and a place for general scribbles and musings.
There’s also a bunch of fun stickers such as ‘I made that awkward call’ and ‘#EpicFail’ to reward the good decisions and make light of those bad ones.
